EXCHANGES

By mail - FREE
Don’t worry about paying for postage when you exchange an item. Just fill out the Exchange part of the Return Label that came with your original order and put your item in the mail. We’ll send your in-stock replacement as soon as we get your item. We can’t refund your original shipping charges, but you don’t have to worry about insurance when you use your Return Label.

By phone - FREE
To exchange by phone, call 1-877-513-2212. We'll send in-stock items right away, charge your credit card and credit you for the return when we get it. We can’t refund your original shipping charges, however.

RETURNS

By mail - $6.00
Mail your return using the prepaid Return Label that came with your original order. We’ll deduct $6 from your refund to cover the postage. We can’t refund your original shipping charges, however. If you don’t use the prepaid label, the $6.00 fee will not be deducted from your return. You'll get a confirmation e-mail when we receive the return.

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. We’ll credit your account and the credit will show on your following statement depending on your issuing bank and/or that bank’s billing cycle.
