Buying organic from Eden Home: Frequently asked questions
How do you protect my information when I buy from Eden Home?All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts sensitive information like your credit card number, name and address, so that it can’t be hijacked while being transferred across the Internet. Email is not encrypted so it’s not a good idea to submit your credit card information via email.

What do you offer for gift wrapping?
In keeping with our concern for the environment and our emphasis on beauty, we have selected the greenest possible gift packaging while also stressing a visually appealing presentation. We offer gift boxing in our signature Eden Home colors using boxes made from 100% post-consumer waste and water-based inks, tied up with a wide, decorative ribbon. We use environmentally responsible, biodegradable protective packaging material made from post-industrial recycled material, rather than bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts.
How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my purchases?
You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and the Discover Network.
Do I pay taxes on my purchases?
We charge WA State Sales Tax of .076% to orders that have a WA State billing address.
How will my order be packaged?
We ship all items that qualify (based on size and bulk, of course) in our green, eco-friendly Eden Home boxes. Our packaging boxes are made from 100% post-consumer waste. We use environmentally responsible, biodegradable protective packaging material made from post-industrial recycled material, rather than bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts.
You can also have purchases packaged as gifts instead. Simply choose that option at checkout. Not all items can be gift boxed (again, due to size and bulk), but we are more than happy to include a gift message free of charge with any gift order.
Do you deliver orders outside of the U.S.?
Right now, we only deliver within the U.S.
What shipping carriers do you use? How can I ship my package?
We ship via UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground.
Are there additional costs when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes. Items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are delivered by FedEx at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track any order you make through our Web site. Go to www.edenhome.com and click on My Account then follow the prompts.
How do I send my purchases to more than one address?
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to add and specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.
How do I know if an item I want is in stock?
When you are shopping at Eden Home, you’ll see that each product you look at includes availability information as part of the description.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Eden Home purchase, you can exchange or return the item as described below:
EXCHANGES
By mail - FREEDon’t worry about paying for postage when you exchange an item. Just fill out the Exchange part of the Return Label that came with your original order and put your item in the mail. We’ll send your in-stock replacement as soon as we get your item. We can’t refund your original shipping charges, but you don’t have to worry about insurance when you use your Return Label.
By phone - FREE
To exchange by phone, call 1-877-513-2212. We'll send in-stock items right away, charge your credit card and credit you for the return when we get it. We can’t refund your original shipping charges, however.
RETURNS
By mail - $6.00Mail your return using the prepaid Return Label that came with your original order. We’ll deduct $6 from your refund to cover the postage. We can’t refund your original shipping charges, however. If you don’t use the prepaid label, the $6.00 fee will not be deducted from your return. You'll get a confirmation e-mail when we receive the return.
Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. We’ll credit your account and the credit will show on your following statement depending on your issuing bank and/or that bank’s billing cycle.
