• Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii addresses will incur an additional $10 flat rate shipping charge.
• Some oversized or heavy items may incur an oversize handling surcharge. Surcharges are always listed within the product description and at checkout.
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. Some heavy or over sized items can't be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
2-Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with 2-Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 pm EST/12:00 pm PST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with 2-Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 pm EST/12:00 pm PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
3-Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with 3-Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 pm EST/12:00 pm PST will arrive within 3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with 3-Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 pm EST/12:00 pm PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 4 business days.
Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Overnight delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 pm EST/12:00 pm PST will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Overnight delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 pm EST/12:00 pm PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
Overnight delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.
Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
