My Journey To Organic Living - Stlyish Organic Clothes Outfit #4

by edenhome 21. August 2010 03:37

This organic outfit may not be the ultra-stylish outfit one would wear out on the town but this is probably what I wear most often day-to-day. Here you find me in my organic yoga crop pants from Blue Canoe and stretchy organic tunic from the Aventura Organic Clothing Company.

Both are super soft and very comfortable as you might expect. You can't see the bottom of my organic pants but they are crop length cutting the mid-ankle perfectly with a little flare for style. These organic yoga pants have a top band that is kind of like a tummy control although they don't advertise it as such, it really does make my tummy super flat especially helpful with the layered look. These organic crop pants come in colors: black, grey, brown and navy blue and sizes: small, medium and large. I usually take an X small in everything but the small fit me perfectly so I would say they are not generous in the sizing so keep that in mind.

The organic shirt I am wearing is the Newport Hoody from Aventura and although they advertise it as a beach cover up I love to wear it tunic style over a pair of my organic leggings or crop pants as shown. It's a very flattering top that I have dressed up with a skirt or worn often everyday as shown (covers the tushy quite nicely thanks). This favorite organic outfit of mine carries me from my yoga stretch in the morning to my play-time with my kids at night (as long as I'm not seeing a client during the day then I am good to go!)

Once again I have to stress that my family members are not professional photographers but thought it was important for you to see our organic clothing on a real body since it's so easy to fake how good something looks with paper thin models and photoshop secrets.

I hope you will enjoy wearing organic clothes like I do. Here's to organic living and wearing organic yoga style...

About Eden Home Organic Bloggers

Alexandra is one of the founders of Eden Home Organic. Ali's son Stephen helped to inspire her to start Eden Home. After adopting two children (Spencer & Juliana) from Siberia, Ali and her husband then adopted Stephen, also from Siberia. He came to the USA with many health issues, finally identified as chemical and heavy metal sensitivities. Stephen's doctors recommended that they go organic and because of this, Ali became even more passionate about learning how chemicals and heavy metals can affect ones health. After chatting with her best friend, Rachael, Eden Home became a reality.

Rachael is one of the founders of Eden Home Organic. A native to WA state, she grew up surrounded by bucolic farmland, fresh air and organic produce. Living an organic lifestyle became extremely important once again for Rachael during her quest to become pregnant and start a family. She now has two beautiful daughters (Emery & Finnley) and has just had her third child, a gorgeous baby boy Levi so she has much to share about her experience with organic products for moms and babies. Rachael is always on the look out for organic and natural products that fit in with her fashion-forward lifestyle and why she started Eden Home.

Carmen helps Ali & Rachael with marketing and she too has a quest to help others find organic and natural products. Having suffered for years with eczema and skin sensitivities as well as allergies, she switched to natural bedding and dust-mite protection a few years ago and with two young children of her own (Siri & Sienna) she has recently begun a journey to transition to organic living in a big way.
